Saturday August 31 – As we left the house, we saw a white compact car (Toyota or Camry or Honda) parked diagonally across the street, and inside was a man reading the newspaper. As we pulled out of the drive way and drove down the street, J watched the man in the rear view mirror.  He got out of the car and headed towards our driveway.  We turned around and headed back to the house. It took less than 90 seconds.  By the time we got back to the driveway, the man and the car were gone. We got home about 2 hours later and I let the dogs out to the back yard.  There I found one of the hand painted signs along the fence hanging by 1 hook, like someone knocked it as they jumped the fence. Where is the Witness? Where is that magical person who can validate the lies Don Stovner told me, my family and my peers? There must be a Witness.

July 2011 I know the Men with the Hairless Dogs talked to you and I know you talked to Don Stovner. You are in a bigger mess than you realize. And it's all because you didn't take Jail Bait seriously.

January 2009, just a few weeks after the final disposition of my termination at the Wynn but before the Hearings began with the State of Nevada, Don Stovner reached out via LinkedIn and asked me for a reference.  He called me before the request to apologize for his behavior, that he was under pressure from management to behave towards me the way he did.  He said the position was in Washington State and that he was leaving Nevada. I gave him the reference. When I began the contract at Clearwire in June 2009, I was also pending a Hearing Date over my termination from the Wynn with the State of Nevada. Everyone I knew in Vegas told me that I would lose, that Wynn never loses a hearing and they never settle. I told every one that I was fine with that outcome, but not before I exhausted the Legal Process. I just kept responding to the communications, following the process. Ask anyone employed by Clearwire , between June and December 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and they will tell you the same story crafted that Summer by Don Stovner: that he, Randy, and I, “worked on CityCenter together” in 2007.  Stovner repeated it on a nearly daily basis from the time I started my contract with Clearwire in June 2009. While he was taking me to lunch in June/July 2009 and becoming my “friend”, he was telling everyone the CityCenter story. He completely erased the Wynn , the location where I first encountered Don Stovner in July 2008 at a Wynn All IT Staff Meeting. He didn’t show up in my Data Stream until then. But here he is almost exactly one year later, establishing a connection with me through a Senior Manager from Bresnan Communications , now re-Branded as Optimum , in Colorado, through  MGM Mirage , now re-Branded as MGM Resorts International . This entire blog is based on one man's actual steps he took to "further his plot". Don Stovner took great pains to position himself within my life "like conducting surveillance" of my work place schedule and home routines. Just like Gilberto Valle, Don Stovner reached back in time nearly 20 years, to stalk a woman.
