The Decisions of Privacy

Privacy is either Dead or it is something of Value, to be traded.  I decide what and when and where to Publish my Personal Information. You don't get to say Privacy is Dead and then use it to trade for access to the Social Network. If Privacy is Dead , explain the Cannibal Cop Conviction in New York. They convicted him for violating a Federal Database - he illegally accessed data that was only available to Federal Government Employees with a certain access level.  They convicted him for *thinking about* Stalking and Killing a Woman. The expectation of Privacy we have is that the information stored in a Federal Database remains in the Federal Database and doesn't go leaking all over the world.  Privacy is an Illusion now more than ever. But certain Data should always remain secure and held Private when it is stored in a Federal Database. I have lived my life in the open on the Internet since 1994. I got my first Civilian Email address, on Yahoo, in 1995. I was part of Web

I Know

July 2011 I know the Men with the Hairless Dogs talked to you and I know you talked to Don Stovner. You are in a bigger mess than you realize. And it's all because you didn't take Jail Bait seriously.

Welcome to the Game

January 2009, just a few weeks after the final disposition of my termination at the Wynn but before the Hearings began with the State of Nevada, Don Stovner reached out via LinkedIn and asked me for a reference.  He called me before the request to apologize for his behavior, that he was under pressure from management to behave towards me the way he did.  He said the position was in Washington State and that he was leaving Nevada. I gave him the reference. When I began the contract at Clearwire in June 2009, I was also pending a Hearing Date over my termination from the Wynn with the State of Nevada. Everyone I knew in Vegas told me that I would lose, that Wynn never loses a hearing and they never settle. I told every one that I was fine with that outcome, but not before I exhausted the Legal Process. I just kept responding to the communications, following the process. From June 2009 through August 12, 2009, Don made an effort to speak to me or bring me coffee every single work

Last Chance for Redemption

The next part of this story will take you Boys to a place you never expected.  But you do have the ability to stop all of this. You let Don Stovner into my work place.  Steve Koenig & Ted Whiting, you put me on a Conference Call that I should not have been on in order to put me in direct contact with my stalker, in my work place - somewhere I was supposed to be safe. You made those choices all in the name of a Prank. Now, you can fix it. Simply provide a witness, that’s all. A living breathing human being who can validate everything Don Stovner has claimed: Someone who can validate he knew my Grandparents Someone who can validate he was in Van Nuys during the 94 Earthquake – this is important, and the part of the story you Casino Operators don’t want to go. Someone who can validate that he worked in the Port of Los Angeles in 2004/2005 You Boys pull that all together and this blog comes down forever. And just to be clear, I have to KNOW about this "witness&

More Social Engineering

Oh Look, a story about Corporate Espionage - I mean - Social Engineering. Look how easy it is to manipulate the Leaders of Wall Street. It's the pranks and discontent among the Resources running the Corporation and producing the profits that breeds an environment ripe for Stalking. The Cost to Win a Proxy Battle When the C-Level is participating in Frat Boy Pranks, unwittingly facilitating a Stalker, sharing Personal Data, and otherwise laughing along with the Big Joke, it makes you wonder what is going on with the Money. Because let's face it, for Wall Street, it is solely about the Money. The Money *IS* The Mission.  Now think about how Randy and Don Stovner might have impacted your "Mission" with their little Prank. Even now you have to question the Men involved. These Corporate Leaders got conned into believing Don Stovner and I had a Relationship prior to 2007. I didn't even know the idiot's name until 2008. Now if these Corporate Leaders made

Lawyer Suspended over Harassment of Ex-Colleague

Yet another Man penalized for Stalking and Harassing a Woman. But the damage is already done. The lies he spread about her affected her Professional career The woman's lawsuit claims at least one attorney at Bose believed she should be fired based on the content of the bogus email. Other attorneys who received the email, the lawsuit says, still believe she appeared topless in the video clip and acted in pornographic movies. Lawyer suspended over harassment of ex-colleague

Another Stalker on Trial in New York

Surprise Surprise NYPD detective hacked into computers to get fellow officers’ email, cell phone info And Oh Look: He paid at least $4,000 to an independent company in exchange for the passwords to at least 43 personal email accounts belonging to as many as 30 people, according to the criminal complaint filed in Southern District Court.

Corporate Network Fail

Ask anyone employed by Clearwire , between June and December 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and they will tell you the same story crafted that Summer by Don Stovner: that he, Randy, and I, “worked on CityCenter together” in 2007.  Stovner repeated it on a nearly daily basis from the time I started my contract with Clearwire in June 2009. While he was taking me to lunch in June/July 2009 and becoming my “friend”, he was telling everyone the CityCenter story. He completely erased the Wynn , the location where I first encountered Don Stovner in July 2008 at a Wynn All IT Staff Meeting. He didn’t show up in my Data Stream until then. But here he is almost exactly one year later, establishing a connection with me through a Senior Manager from Bresnan Communications , now re-Branded as Optimum , in Colorado, through  MGM Mirage , now re-Branded as MGM Resorts International . Remember, the original story was that he thought my name was “Aurora” when he arrive

Social Engineering

How do I know Don Stovner Socially Engineered you? Because in the Summer of 2007, the Ted Whiting, the Director of Surveillance for The Mirage and the Business Sponsor for the CityCenter Build (the MGM Mirage properties) asked me if I had ever been to Cozumel Mexico. I wondered at the time why a Director of the Company would be so interested in a Vacation I took nearly 16 years before I was an employee at MGM Mirage. I did not correct the Ted or clarify my reply, I simply said yes, I had been there. Within a few weeks of that conversation with the Director, I spotted a Doppelmayr van following me home from work. I never saw City Center related vehicles out on Boulder Highway.  After changing out of my work clothes and heading off to the Dog Park, I spotted him again, this time right behind me in the left hand turn lane. I looked in my rearview mirror and when the light changed I waved to him in the mirror. As we turned the corner, he sped past me and away he we
